From Infrastructure Contractor to Multi-Sector Enterprise
Starting out in construction, Dat Phuong has gradually expanded into five core sectors: construction, energy, real estate, hospitality, tourism and resorts, and industrial manufacturing. Its development strategy builds on core competencies while steadily accumulating resources to participate more deeply in the value chains of each sector.

Construction capabilities form the foundation of Dat Phuong’s ecosystem. Over more than two decades, the Group has participated in numerous key transport infrastructure projects spanning the country, from Thu Thiem 2 Bridge and My Thuan 2 Bridge to the Vinh Hao–Phan Thiet Expressway, Nhat Le 3 Bridge, Thuan An Bridge, Tran Hung Dao Bridge and Hong Ha Bridge. These projects have helped strengthen national transport connectivity and support socioeconomic development across numerous provinces and cities.
Building on its construction expertise, Dat Phuong has expanded into energy investment and operations, with four hydropower plants in Central Vietnam boasting a combined capacity of nearly 100 MW and average annual output of approximately 373 million kWh. These facilities contribute to national energy security and local government revenues.
Entering the real estate sector, Dat Phuong has developed premium eco-urban areas in Da Nang and Hoi An, integrating architecture with nature and placing emphasis on preserving the local landscape and environmental quality. In 2017, the Group introduced a distinctive concept of “a private yacht at home, an ecological setting all around,” which gained recognition from customers and the market. The Casamia series of eco-urban developments has received numerous prestigious domestic and international awards for planning, design, landscaping and architecture. Notably, all three projects have been recognized by VCCI as “Livable Projects.”

Dat Phuong continues to expand its multi-sector ecosystem and steadily increase the scale of its operations.
Continuing its commitment to sustainable development and the creation of value rooted in local identity, Dat Phuong has partnered with Hilton to develop accommodation products that meet international standards. NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, featuring 174 rooms, is the first property in Southeast Asia under the Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand. A second project, a 250-room Hilton Garden Inn property, is expected to break ground in late 2026.
With green energy as a long-term strategic priority, Dat Phuong is investing VND 2.2 trillion in a super-clear patterned glass manufacturing plant in Hue City. This specialized glass is designed for solar panels, enabling the Group to participate more deeply in the renewable energy industrial supply chain and pursue demanding markets such as the United States and Europe.
Under the leadership of Mr. Luong Minh Tuan, Dat Phuong has undergone a substantial yet measured transformation through successive stages of development. Its ability to adapt flexibly to changing market conditions demonstrates the effectiveness of a multi-sector management model aligned with international standards.
Sustainable Growth Built on Internal Strength and Social Responsibility
Dat Phuong’s expansion into a multi-sector ecosystem has been accompanied by growth in business scale and financial performance. Between 2021 and 2025, the Group’s revenue increased by nearly 76%, from VND 2,545 billion to VND 4,484 billion. In 2025, net profit reached VND 445 billion, with a return on equity (ROE) of 16.08%. During this period, the Group also contributed approximately VND 1,204 billion to the state budget.

To operate its multi-sector model effectively, Dat Phuong’s leadership has progressively refined the Group’s management structure, emphasizing specialization, stronger resource coordination and accelerated digital transformation to improve operational efficiency across the entire system.
With a workforce of 1,228 employees, the Group places strong emphasis on training, developing future leaders and improving employee incomes, compensation and benefits, including lunch allowances and health insurance. Party organizations, the Youth Union and the Trade Union also play an increasingly active role in delivering practical value to employees throughout the Group.
Social responsibility continues to go hand in hand with business operations. From 2020 to 2026, Dat Phuong contributed approximately VND 21.76 billion in cash to community initiatives, excluding in-kind donations and gifts. In 2026 alone, the Group allocated VND 1.2 billion to building charitable homes in Quang Tri, while also implementing forest regeneration and ecosystem restoration initiatives in the Cu Lao Cham–Hoi An area for the 2026–2030 period.
Corporate culture provides a unifying foundation as Dat Phuong continues to expand. It is embodied in the philosophy of “Steadfastly Creating Value” and the Group’s core values of Integrity, Passion and Humanity. For several consecutive years, Dat Phuong has been included in the Top 50 Vietnam The Best and the VNR500 rankings of Vietnam’s largest enterprises.
The 2026 Thanh Giong Cup recognizes Mr. Luong Minh Tuan’s role in transforming Dat Phuong from a construction contractor into a multi-sector group. Looking ahead, the Group’s progress will continue to be measured by investment efficiency, management capabilities and its ability to generate tangible value for the economy and society.
