On August 19, 2025, Đạt Phương Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for the T4 Overpass Project at the intersection with T1 Road and Provincial Road 495B, in Thanh Liêm District, former Hà Nam Province.
The T4 Overpass project is among 250 projects nationwide launched in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), adding to the vibrant spirit of this historic occasion.
The T4 Economic Belt Road, part of Thanh Liêm District’s master plan (now under Ninh Bình Province), serves as a backbone of the regional transport network. It plays a vital role in easing traffic congestion, reducing accidents, and enhancing interregional connectivity.
The project is expected to help improve transport capacity, shorten travel times, and shape a modern–safe–sustainable urban landscape, while also driving socio-economic development in the area. Given its importance, the project has received strong attention from local authorities and carries high expectations from the community.
A highlight of the project is the plan to accelerate construction progress, with the goal of completion within just eight months. As the contractor, this project represents an opportunity for Đạt Phương to reaffirm its competence, execution capability, and commitment to accompanying localities in particular – and the nation at large – in the journey of infrastructure development and sustainable growth.
