Located within the Casamia urban development, alongside the Co Co River, NHAAN was developed by Dat Phuong in collaboration with architect Vo Trong Nghia, a kindred spirit of Hoi An, with the aim of creating a connection between the built environment, the landscape and the distinctive character of this heritage region.

While the architecture evokes the distinctive character of Hoi An’s ancient town, the landscape of Cam Thanh opens up another dimension of the experience, where Hoi An can be felt through greenery, waterways and the rhythms of nature.
At NHAAN, nipa palm forests, water surfaces and layers of native vegetation intertwine to create continuous green spaces, bringing Cam Thanh’s characteristic landscape into the resort experience. The development incorporates numerous open spaces, allowing nature to become more than an external backdrop and instead an integral part of the guest journey. Familiar species such as coconut palms, mango trees, Burmese rosewood, camphor trees and red-flowered frangipani provide shade and help improve the microclimate, while bringing the rhythms of Quang Nam’s landscape into every moment of relaxation.
