When infrastructure opens the way for growth momentum”

Infrastructure is increasingly affirming its role as a strategic “launching pad,” creating ripple effects across commerce, services, and real estate. As key transport corridors are developed in a synchronized manner, economic flows begin to shift, giving rise to new growth poles. Within this landscape, infrastructure enterprises are no longer merely construction contractors; they are actively sha

“The Opening Point” of Regional Growth Cycles

The development of transportation networks has always played a leading role in directing capital flows. In reality, wherever connectivity is unlocked, growth potential begins to be activated.

Many localities only truly experience breakthrough development when key arterial routes are opened, creating a foundation for attracting population inflows, business investment, and gradually forming new economic corridors.

From an investment perspective, infrastructure is also seen as a “market signal.” Financial resources tend to shift toward key transportation axes—areas where expectations of long-term value appreciation converge. When strategic projects are implemented in a synchronized manner, a new development cycle is established: transportation leads the way, investment flows in, urban areas take shape, and the economy flourishes.

Three Projects – One Connecting Axis Creating New Opportunities

In the southern part of Da Nang (formerly Quang Nam), the transformation over the past decade is a clear testament to the “opening” role of infrastructure. From a fragmented coastal region, the interregional transport system has been gradually completed, creating momentum for investment attraction, tourism and service development, and the reconfiguration of the economic structure.

Cua Dai Bridge is considered a catalytic project. Beyond connecting the two banks of the Thu Bon River, the bridge has also removed the long-standing separation between the heritage city of Hoi An and the eastern coastal strip. This improved connectivity has unlocked tourism and trade flows, while activating the potential for large-scale coastal land development, paving the way for a series of resort and tourism service projects.

For Dat Phuong Group, Cua Dai Bridge stands as a landmark demonstration of its capability in delivering large-scale river-crossing infrastructure projects, which require complex handling of hydrological conditions and weak coastal soil foundations.

Continuing this trajectory, De Vong Bridge serves as an intermediate link, ensuring continuity and stability within the regional transportation network. By completing the overall connectivity of the system, the project helps reduce pressure on existing roadways while redistributing traffic density across urban, tourism, and residential functional zones. Delivered in just 16 months of construction, the bridge is a clear testament to Dat Phuong’s ability to effectively organize execution, control schedule, and maintain quality under highly challenging construction conditions.

When integrated synchronously with the coastal road network, De Vong Bridge not only completes the regional transportation system but also establishes a foundation for shifts in local livelihoods.

From a regional connectivity perspective, Coastal Route 129 (Vo Chi Cong) serves as a strategic backbone axis, forming a coastal corridor of approximately 125 km from Hoi An to Nui Thanh. This connectivity axis has contributed to the formation of an integrated economic corridor, attracting more than 110 projects with a total investment value of billions of USD, of which over 70 projects are already operational.

The presence of large-scale developments in tourism, resort hospitality, industry, and energy has gradually defined a new regional growth engine for the area. More importantly, this infrastructure system creates strong interlinkages between urban centers, tourism, logistics, and coastal industrial zones, forming a continuous growth pole stretching from southern Da Nang to Chu Lai, Dung Quat, and the entire central coastal strip.

Infrastructure Synergy – Reshaping Development Space

Vo Chi Cong Road Opens a New Real Estate Growth Pole in Southern Da Nang

The synergy of key transportation infrastructure projects has been visibly transforming the landscape of southern Da Nang. Built on a foundation of enhanced connectivity, investment flows have been activated, urban space has expanded, and the regional economic structure has gradually been upgraded toward greater sustainability.

The three highlighted projects are key components in a long-term journey that Dat Phuong Group has persistently developed across Central Vietnam. After nearly a decade of operation, these projects have not only delivered tangible socio-economic efficiency but also become distinctive milestones, clearly demonstrating the company’s construction capability and its role in accompanying regional economic growth.
